Job Title: Reservation Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reservation Agent to join our team at The Hoxton in Florence. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing new and existing individual room reservations through various channels, ensuring that our guests' expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room reservations through telephone, email, and website reservations.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure a seamless stay.
  • Monitor booking channels to maximize revenue and identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients, bookers, and agents to provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with the front office and restaurant teams to facilitate guests' stays.
  • Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure accurate rooming lists and meet revenue objectives.
Requirements:
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ask for clarification when needed.
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and phone etiquette.
