Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to manage the procurement of drawing materials for our Machinery Production and After Sales Area. The successful candidate will ensure that purchasing orders are issued according to Company procedures and will negotiate the right deal with qualified suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the purchasing of drawing materials for Machinery Production and After Sales Area
- Create a request for quote (RFQ) with suppliers using SAP tool
- Maintain updated purchasing data
- Negotiate cost reduction with suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) using SAP
- Manage purchasing order confirmations
- Conduct expediting activities
- Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
- Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Italian and English proficient user both written and verbal
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
