Job Summary:

The Security Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a site security team, reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a cohesive and high-performing team
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Managing and organizing staff services
  • Addressing operational issues with clients
  • Providing guidance and recommendations for improving services
  • Audit and quality control of services
  • Periodic monitoring visits to sites under responsibility
  • Management of reporting on client systems
  • Ensuring that service KPIs are met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in roles involving management and planning of activities/staff shifts, preferably in the security industry
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • High school diploma or secondary education equivalent
  • Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process to become a GPG (Security Armed Guard)

What We Offer:

The salary level will be evaluated during the interview, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
