RINA is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join its team in Italy. As a key member of the Infrastructure Division, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the entire proposal development process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between technical and commercial proposals.
- Closely collaborate with the internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
- 2-4 years of experience in a proposal development or management role, preferably in large-scale infrastructural and building projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Italian, English, and French.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and proposal presentation.
