Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CIMIC Functional Readiness Project Manager to join our team at the NATO Communications and Information Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring CIMIC staff functions, as well as coordinating with other NATO entities and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CIMIC plans and strategies to support NATO operations
  • Collaborate with CIMIC Digital Functional Integration team to ensure seamless integration of CIMIC capabilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on CIMIC-related matters to NATO staff and partners
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and areas for improvement in CIMIC operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NATO entities and international partners
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, public administration, political science, international relations, or related discipline
  • 4 years of post-related experience, or higher secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in a related discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation
  • Proven experience in CIMIC, with the ability to apply knowledge to real-world situations and challenges
  • Experience with the provision of vocational/practical teaching and training
  • Language proficiency in English (SLP Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
Desirable Qualifications
  • Master's degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in business administration, political science, international relations, with 6 years of function/post-related experience
  • Post-related certified NATO courses
  • NATO Operational level staff-work experience
  • Experience in CIMIC
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of NATO Global Programming and NATO Crisis Management
  • Experience in higher-level national or international staff working environments
  • Experience in instructional design and/or educational technology
