Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Associate will support the Store Sales Team in providing customers with all the requested information and advise them on acquisitions to ensure an outstanding sales experience and business development.

The main goal is to ensure the best qualitative service to customers visiting the Cassina Store in the Milan Design District.

The Sales Associate reports directly to the Cassina Durini Store Manager.

Main Activities:
• Meet and greet customers, providing an outstanding level of hospitality (selling ceremony);
• Development of new sales;
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers;
• Provide support to the Store manager in implementing business development actions;
• Support in organising events, meetings, etc;
• Support in the management of stock and inventory activities;
• Use the sales tool (CRM, quote/project registration, customers database).

Requirements:
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, other academic background will be evaluated;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales management experience within the Design/Furniture industry;

Skills:
• Excellent skills in English, a second language will be appreciated;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive with strong sales predisposition, positive attitude, and enthusiastic;
• Polite and customer-oriented;
• Goal-oriented;
• Team player.
