About the Role
Ferrero, a family-owned company with a global outlook, is seeking an Environment & Energy ISO System Specialist to join its Group Operations Sustainability Environment & Energy Department in Alba, Italy. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the achievement of the company's ambitious sustainability targets within the environmental and energy field.

Main Responsibilities
As an Environment & Energy ISO Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving the integrated Environment and Energy Management System (EEnMS) in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018 standards. This includes ensuring the procedures, policies, and requirements of the system are effectively communicated across the business and promoting continual improvement.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the ISO annual internal environmental and energy audit plan, involving local environmental referents in a multisite cross-audit system.
- Ensure potential non-conformances and environmental/energy incidents are formally reported, investigated, and corrective actions are implemented and closed out.
- Manage the relationship with the certification body to ensure planned activities are performed in accordance with the Group Master Services Agreement.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, or a similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a certified internal auditor (ISO 14001 and ISO 50001) and extensive understanding of relevant environmental and energy standards.
- Practical experience in conducting environmental and energy on-site audits, with a high proficiency command of business English communication and advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
