We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our front desk team as a Hotel Reception Team Member. This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team.

About the Role:

This role involves interacting with guests, dealing with check-ins and check-outs, and managing hotel operations in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences for all visitors.
  • Manage guest relations, including resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions, including payments and billing.
  • Collaborate with other teams to maintain a high level of service quality and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with front desk systems and technology, preferably Micros Fidelio Opera or similar.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and delivering exceptional results.
