Jeenka is a dynamic and innovative company that values long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Account Specialist.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and proactive individual to assist our Senior Account in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the development of new business opportunities by identifying areas for improvement and supporting the lead generation process.
  • Help to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide insights to improve our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to find new ways to retain clients.
Requirements
  • Basic experience with CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Good MS Office Knowledge, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accurate and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work within deadlines.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient English and Italian knowledge.
  • German knowledge is a plus.
