Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional schematics and wiring design of assigned scope from the bid-phase up to all project phases.
- Define electrical lines sizes and protections with cabling optimization of equipment connections as per assembly time reduction.
- Develop and validate concept electrical architecture, based on the requirements and vehicle configuration.
- Verify and trace requirements eventually using specific tools (e.g. DOORS, etc).
- Support purchasing department during procurement phase of materials and components.
- Support industrial engineering and production department during vehicle assembly phase and follow-up modifications/change management.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Proven electrical design experience in electromechanical industries (preferred Railway Domain); at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent readiness of Electrical schematic and drawings.
- Knowledge of computer-aided electrical engineering tools (preferred SEE Electrical).
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio, Access).
- Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
- Readiness to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multitasking international environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and to organize coordinate activities of others.
- Availability for short-term national and international business trip.
