Job Title: Sales Transformation Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Transformation Leader to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and transformation across our public sector business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and transformation in the public sector
  • Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and transformation in the public sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
