Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our Sales Activation and Transformation (SAT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer success by leveraging your expertise in enterprise and cloud solutions sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Microsoft's Data & AI solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive deal closure.
  • Collaborate with account and technical teams to deliver customer success and drive sales performance.
  • Articulate and evangelize the value proposition of Microsoft's Data & AI solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise and cloud solutions sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft's Data & AI solutions and their applications in the enterprise.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
