We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Italian leadership team. As the Director of Sales Development, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations experts. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth and maximize new business development opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in leadership positions, ideally in off and on-trade channels.
  • Profound knowledge of the Italian market and trade.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales organizations and build talent pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, accounts, and customers.
