Key Account Manager

We are expanding our Sales Team and seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to drive our growth and success in Italy.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing valuable solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.
You will serve as the primary liaison for our large B2B construction customers, ensuring their needs are met and supporting their use of our offerings.
Your responsibilities will span the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing contracts and overseeing delivery.
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual who can inspire both themselves and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Help set and execute the sales strategy within an international team
- Establish sustainable business relationships with our B2B customers
- Understand how to acquire a comprehensive, multilocation key account
- Foster a community and build relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers
- Provide valuable insights on trends, customer needs, sales, products, and marketing
Requirements:
- Business or engineering degree
- Relevant experience in sales functions for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience in coordinating and organizing a national sales team
- High degree of customer orientation and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing start-up environment
- Professional communication skills in Italian and English
