About the Role:

As a Quality Operations Excellence Professional at Takeda, you will play a key role in driving strategic thinking and innovative approaches to change the business. This includes sponsoring, leading, and coordinating various change/transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will support the development of Quality Strategies to ensure a harmonized and integrated quality approach that provides oversight and governance to enable Site Quality to successfully change the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality strategy deployment and must-win alignment in collaboration with the Business Excellence Team.
  • Monitor site/function quality projects and ensure alignment to GQLT/PQLT strategy; act as a gate-keeper if needed.
  • Define deployment strategies of transformational and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead strategic Quality projects, initiatives, process improvements, and best practice sharing across the Site/OpU Quality Organization.
  • Actively contribute to enhance the digital maturity of the Quality Organisation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related Engineering/Technical field) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or analogue Business Areas. You will also have 3 years of leadership experience in managing projects or providing leadership coordination of activities. Experience with IT systems and their application in a Quality organization is required. Knowledge of new emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Big Data analytics, is also necessary. You will have a strong analytical and critical thinking skillset and be able to communicate ideas and data both verbally and in writing.
