About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Renewables business in Italy or Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Lead a team of project professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage project risks, opportunities, and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including statutory consultees and local community leaders.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects, with a focus on wind and solar energy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and risk management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent Italian language skills are required, with a high level of proficiency in English or other European languages.
