About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Data Analyst to join our team at Hitachi. As a key member of our European team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reporting templates to support business decision-making.
  • Train and support colleagues in using data collection tools and templates.
  • Monitor and analyze factory and category manager reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly SCM KPI reports to inform business strategy.
  • Provide analytical support for SCM projects and business analysis needs.

  • Manage data integrity and master data management for the HUB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Collaborate with the PG SCM Performance Manager to implement business requirements and drive process improvements.

  • Participate in data collection and consolidation for the annual SCM budget process.

  • Regularly collaborate and coordinate with the PG SCM Performance Management team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines and reminders for timely data upload from various stakeholders.
  • Maintain the SharePoint site as the PGTR HUB EUC SCM SharePoint Champion, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant.
  • Distribute official announcements and communication to the team, and maintain distribution lists.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced user in Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with SAP 4 HANA, ARIBA, and Celonis is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
