About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Marketing and Service Portfolio Manager to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for evolving our offering and pricing strategy, driving transformational projects that impact and maximize performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, test, and successfully roll-out offering projects.
  • Deep understanding of market-by-market business peculiarities and needs for best compromise between global strategy standardization and local customization.
  • Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to key stakeholders.
  • Gather and formalize business requirements partnering with Marketing and IT teams.
  • Anticipating and managing project risks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate go-to-market sizing revenues impact and ensuring performance KPIs monitoring and follow up both during pilot and rollout phases.
  • Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or in a well-structured company.
  • The candidate must have managed projects related to complex Offering services and must be familiar with Pricing topics.
  • Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, RGM, Product and Services design and development or processes improvement.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills.
  • Strong data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness.
  • Understanding or experience of Salesforce as a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA.
