Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance and Administration to lead our finance team in Italy and international subsidiaries. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced finance professional to join a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Manage month-end closing and reconciliations for IFRS-compliant reports. Oversee the Annual Report preparation, including financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Financial Operations: Improve finance and accounting efficiency through technology and best practices. Ensure accurate recording of transactions, including payables and receivables.
  • Compliance and Governance: Establish and maintain strong internal controls for IFRS and regulatory compliance. Oversee the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team in Italy and international subsidiaries, support team development, set goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory financial role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting and advanced proficiency with IFRS.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes like Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay and their impact on financial operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • High integrity, professionalism, and diplomatic approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data while maintaining a strategic overview.
  • Excellent planning and multitasking abilities, with a focus on both team and personal deliverables.
