We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Elevator & Escalator Sales team in Legnano, Italy. As a Sales Team Assistant, you will provide valuable support to our commercial team, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the commercial team in managing customer relationships, ensuring timely quotations and order confirmations.
- Contribute to the collection and management of necessary documentation for tendering and sales activities.
- Provide customer support, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of customer information kits, including product datasheets and price lists.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
