Position Overview

In this role, you will oversee the sales projections for the PH Division, ensuring that products are accessible in the necessary quantities and at the appropriate times to meet customer and company demands.

Your primary responsibility will be to secure a validated demand volume in collaboration with all Business teams.

You will facilitate the flow of information among internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage sales projections Conduct the Monthly Demand review, coordinating with local customer service, sales, marketing, and finance to validate annual volume forecasts. Consolidate demand data in SAP and MKI files on a weekly basis. Align quarterly demand planning forecasts with Finance. Participate in monthly S&OP meetings. Oversee product life cycle management. Update forecasts in accordance with PIPO. Establish forecasts for new products and track sales and projections. Product Life Cycle Management Refresh forecasts in line with PIPO. Create forecasts for new products and monitor sales and projections. Analysis and Reporting Track sales forecast performance indicators weekly (Forecast accuracy lag4 and BIAS). Attend weekly enrichment calls and bi-monthly MKI calls with the Service Team to analyze forecast discrepancies and develop corrective action plans. Review business opportunities and losses in the CRM, updating the list of potentials and forecasts accordingly. Investigate SLOC root causes and participate in weekly meetings with supply service, customer service, and logistics teams. Maintain the 'product availability' file to provide insights on production and supply for out-of-stock items, attending the 'product availability' meeting bi-weekly. Establish routing for Stock Allocation, monitor local inventory to prevent shortages, and request stock from other regions as needed. Continuously improve procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sales, management, or logistics (BAC+4) or equivalent professional experience in a similar role. Proficient in English. Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary plus an annual sales incentive bonus and additional benefits.
