Business Development Manager Pneumatech

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Pneumatech business in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our compressed air and industrial gas solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners
  • Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide sales training and support to colleagues
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in value sales with a high technical content
  • Strong knowledge of compressed air and industrial gas markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
