Ferrero is a leading global food company with a rich history of innovation and quality. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our Product Integrity Recipes Team within the Group Food Safety & Product Integrity Center.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure product recipes comply with local and international regulations, as well as internal Ferrero standards.
- Provide technical and regulatory interpretation of regulations/standards and their application.
- Develop technical documentation for labeling purposes and support requests from authorities and customs.
- Support product development with regulatory guidance and assessment.
- Manage nutritional information calculation and product labeling.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage workflows in electronic systems and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Master's Degree in Food Science/Technology, Food Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in an international environment (Food Industry, ingredients, chemical, cosmetics, consumer goods) with background in Regulatory Function.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex subjects concisely.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
