Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a talented Revenue Growth Manager Pringles to join our team in Vimercate, Milan.

About the Role

As a Revenue Growth Manager Pringles, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will work closely with our Senior Category Manager to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop targeted plans to increase sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales performance evaluation reports to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to develop and present guidelines for promotions and trade strategies.
  • Support the Senior Category Manager in identifying pricing opportunities within the market.
  • Provide analysis to recommend projects related to Price, Promotion, and Assortment (PPA).
  • Lead analysis to inform decision-making processes, particularly regarding mix and promotional optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to optimize category plans through price and promotion analysis.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding.
  • The ability to collaborate easily with different functions to achieve objectives and communicate clearly in both local languages (Italian) and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint) and internal and external database sources (Nielsen, IRI/Circana).
