We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our Pringles team in Vimercate, Milan. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales performance evaluation reports to assess category performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to develop and present guidelines for promotions and trade strategies.
- Support the Senior Category Manager in identifying pricing opportunities within the market.
- Provide analysis to recommend projects related to Price, Promotion, and Assortment (PPA).
- Lead analysis to inform decision-making processes, particularly regarding mix and promotional optimization.
- Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to optimize category plans through price and promotion analysis.
- Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding.
- Ability to collaborate easily with different functions to achieve objectives and communicate clearly in both local languages (Italian) and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint) and Internal and External Database sources (Nielsen, IRI/Circana).
