About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora A/S. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail excellence, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring a world-class experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers.
  • Store Culture: Embody the Pandora store culture, showcasing passion for the brand and serving as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Communication Skills: Develop a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal, to charm and captivate an audience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to stand for extended periods.
