Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising production operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities of the production department
    • Ensure that production processes comply with quality and food safety standards
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage production personnel, including training
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Optimize operational efficiency through the implementation of continuous improvement practices in collaboration with the specific function
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with agronomy, quality, logistics, and commercial departments to ensure adherence to timelines and business targets
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Supplier Management
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of services provided

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a food company, preferably in the fresh products sector
  • Knowledge
    • In-depth knowledge of HACCP regulations
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure
    • Leadership and team management capabilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language
    • Good knowledge of English
