Established in 2024, Solventum is a pioneering global diversified health technology company.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Territory Manager for sales and demand generation on our medical device solutions mainly into Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Oncology clinical settings for Public Hospitals.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, develop new relationships, and capitalize on emerging market trends.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.
  • Tender Process Management: Collaborate with the Bid Office to manage the entire tender process.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze Sales, Market, and Opportunity data to drive and adjust your sales plan.
  • Product Portfolio Utilization: Drive utilization of our product portfolio according to the planned product mix objective.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain favorable relationships with key decision-makers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business or Clinical preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of previous sales experience in the medical device market.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Hospital mechanisms/dynamics, value-selling skills, good presentation and networking skills, and a good level of English knowledge (spoken and written).

What We Offer:

A highly competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits, and a generous relocation package. This position is based in Piemonte, with up to 80% travel required.
