Il nostro cliente è una nota azienda del settore alimentare, attiva nel mercato della dolcificazione. Per la sede di Bologna ricerchiamo la figura di un/a Product Manager Specialist.
La risorsa all'interno del Dipartimento Marketing si occuperà nel dettaglio delle seguenti attività:
Responsabilità- Analisi di mercato;
- Attività di reporting e monitoraggio prestazioni, vendite e mercato;
- Monitoraggio della performance e del posizionamento sia dei prodotti sia dei competitors, con aggiornamenti/analisi specifiche per la forza vendita;
- Assicurare l'implementazione ed il coordinamento di progetti di sviluppo nuovi prodotti nel rispetto dei programmi definiti dal team per le linee assegnate;
- Assicurare la realizzazione di test di prodotto e l'industrializzazione dello stesso in collaborazione con il comitato sviluppo prodotti di cui fa parte;
- Interfaccia con le aziende partner per lo sviluppo dei prodotti condivisi e per le modifiche dei prodotti in essere;
- Supporto area vendite;
- Collaborazione alla costruzione del Conto Economico e Business Plan dei prodotti nuovi e garantire il monitoraggio di prodotti già esistenti sia per il mercato italiano che per quello estero;
- Organizzazione fiere ed eventi;
- Gestione operativa piano di comunicazione;
- Costruzione Marketing Mix di prodotto;
- Definizione business plan Italia/estero.
- Pregressa esperienza almeno biennale in ambito marketing, trade marketing;
- Laurea in Economia o Marketing e/o titolo equipollente;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office e dimestichezza con gli strumenti digitali;
- Conoscenza strumenti d'analisi PIVOT.
- Capacità di lavorare per priorità ed obiettivi;
- Ottime capacità organizzative, di relazione e comunicative;
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia;
- Proattività e attitudine a lavorare in team.
