Prysmian Group is a leading global player in the energy and telecom cable industry, with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability. We're seeking a highly skilled Marine Installation Project Coordinator - Cable Shore Landing Specialist to join our team in this exciting role.

Job Summary:

The Marine Installation Project Coordinator - Cable Shore Landing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the preparatory works necessary to perform the cable shore landing of projects. This includes shore preparation works and cable landings. The successful candidate will have excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Project Engineering team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Project Engineering team to ensure procedures are in place, operational sites are prepared accordingly, and cable landings are performed according to procedure and with high quality.
  • Manage technical aspects and planning of subcontractor operations.
  • Interact with vessels deployed on projects, project teams, and clients on technical, planning, and operative aspects.
  • Act as the primary contact to the Offshore Operations General Manager for all project matters raised in the field and as an escalation point for all operative needs and issues.
  • Verify compliance with project and contractual documents and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled in time from mob phase to scope completion.
  • Identify and manage non-conformities during works and suggest corrective actions.
  • Monitor that activities/documentation related to operations are properly and timely executed/prepared by the assigned personnel.
  • Cost control of activities under responsibility, ensuring operations are performed according to budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering or other engineering-related subjects.
  • Preferably experience in the construction industry, but Prysmian has a dedicated training and development process within Marine Operations.

Prysmian Group offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
