Position Overview: Director of Industrial and Logistics

We are seeking a seasoned Director to enhance our Industrial and Logistics Agency division. This pivotal role focuses on establishing our firm as a premier advisor to key corporations, logistics operators, investors, and developers in the sector. You will collaborate within the JLL Southern European Cluster and EMEA networks, leveraging our extensive resources to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Essential Real Estate Services

Reporting to the Head of the Industrial & Logistics Agency in Italy, your responsibilities will encompass marketing existing offerings and new developments, guiding clients through negotiations to successful closures. Your clientele will range from local enterprises to multinational corporations, and you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, property tours, and meetings with various stakeholders including landlords, developers, and brokers.

Business Development and Service Promotion

A significant aspect of this role involves driving new business initiatives. You will assist in crafting proposals and follow-up materials, including market analyses and client presentations. Maintaining up-to-date contact information on prospects and actively pursuing new mandates from landlords and tenants will also be essential to your success.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, finance, real estate, engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Industrial and Logistics sector with a proven track record in Logistics Real Estate.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience.
  • Proficiency in Italian is essential; fluency in English is also required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience Requirement:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage, consultancy, or a similar capacity.
