Role Overview: Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency

In this pivotal role, you will enhance our reputation as a premier advisor in the Industrial & Logistics sector, collaborating with major corporations, logistics operators, investors, and developers. You will integrate with the broader JLL Southern European Cluster and EMEA networks, working within a multinational team to fulfill our clients' objectives. Access to JLL's extensive resources, including Capital Markets, Research, and Work Dynamics teams, will enable you to provide unparalleled service within our Markets Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Essential Real Estate Services

Reporting to the Head of I&L Agency in Italy, your responsibilities will encompass marketing existing offerings and new developments, guiding clients through negotiations to successful closures. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including local businesses and international corporations, facilitating client meetings and property tours while interacting with landlords, developers, tenants, appraisers, and brokers.

Business Development and Service Promotion

Your role will also involve driving new business initiatives, developing proposals, and creating follow-up materials such as lease comparisons and market analyses. You will provide clients with tailored industry insights and maintain comprehensive contact information on prospects. Additionally, you will participate in efforts to secure new mandates from landlords and tenants, aligning opportunities with their specific requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, finance, real estate, engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Industrial & Logistics landscape with proven experience in Logistics Real Estate.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience.
  • Proficiency in Italian is essential; fluency in English is also required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in professional development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience Requirement:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage, consultancy, or a similar capacity.
