Job Description

AXL S.p.A. Galliate Business Unit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in/Check-out: Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Room Assignment: Assign rooms to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Guest Welcome: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests upon arrival.
  • Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Phone Calls: Respond to phone calls from guests and provide information and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (B2 or higher level).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
