Business Analyst Role

The Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to develop both functional competencies in areas such as supply chain and finance, as well as technical competencies in configuring and implementing best-of-breed solutions like SAP, IBM, Dassault, and Adobe Commerce.

Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define and implement operating models.
  • Process Redesign: Conducting functional analysis and system customization to support project implementation and development.
  • Process Automation: Utilizing disruptive technologies such as drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud to automate processes and standardize procedures.
  • Business Process Optimization: Assisting in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms, ranging from model and process design to implementation.
  • Communication: Creating presentations to effectively communicate with business references or stakeholders.
  • Training: Conducting training sessions for key users and providing post go-live support.
Qualifications
  • Technical and Functional Skills: Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Strong Interest in Business Processes and Technology.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is an asset.
  • Basic Knowledge of Additional Modules (FI, SD) will be considered a plus.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good Knowledge of English and Italian.
  • Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, collaboration skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive approach, agile mindset for facing challenges and managing multiple deliverables and projects, analytical and result-oriented mindset, producing high-quality output, effective communication skills, ability to reduce complexity and provide simple and measurable solutions.
