As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the CCO and CEO Projects Division to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of business transformation strategies to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for process redesign and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and external consultants.
  • Provide project management support for cross-functional process improvements, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Evaluate new business ideas and their operational and economic impacts, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in transformation or strategy analysis, preferably in the energy or consulting sectors.
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with strong negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand both the scope and technical aspects of transformation projects.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to work in a dynamic context.
