Head of PR Job Description

Aims International Italia S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of PR to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communication department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy that enhances our brand reputation and visibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • PR Strategy: Develop and implement a PR/Digital PR annual strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Events & Sponsorship Communications: Supervise the preparation and organization of PR activities and events, including sponsorships and corporate spokesperson support for conferences and interviews.
  • Media Relations & Monitoring: Enhance our brand reputation and visibility through PR/digital PR activities, including media relations, monitoring, and key news internal sharing.
  • PR Car Park: Manage and optimize our PR test drives and press car park to achieve press coverage KPIs in terms of quantity and quality.
Candidate Profile:
  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • Minimum 7+ years of successful experience in a related position in the automotive industry or in PR agencies (experience with automotive clients)
  • Proven long-term relationships with automotive and general interest publishers/titles/journalists
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate and implement ideas
  • Team work approach and target oriented
  • Fluent English
