Your Role:

As an Investment Advisory Solutions Specialist, you will engage within ING's agile framework, overseeing the comprehensive management, development, and promotion of the investment advisory services utilized by ING Italy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in intricate projects, including cross-border initiatives, related to the enhancement of investment advisory services involving multiple stakeholders and interdepartmental collaboration;
  • Identify business needs and devise functional solutions to optimize digital processes that enhance the customer journey;
  • Oversee the complete implementation cycle of business initiatives;
  • Generate periodic investment monitoring reports for both business and regulatory purposes;
  • Collaborate with the investment advisory team to address ongoing activities and resolve emerging issues;
  • Assist sales channels and conduct training sessions aimed at improving investment advisory services and product distribution;
  • Track the business performance of products/services by distribution channel and initiate early warning signals in case of adverse trends;
  • Stay informed about the evolution of the investment advisory market concerning distribution models, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive and compliant value proposition.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Experience in managing and executing projects related to investment advisory services and products (such as mutual funds and insurance-based investment products);
  • Familiarity with discretionary portfolio management and/or private markets/alternative funds is advantageous;

Experience and Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles (minimum of 3 years);
  • In-depth knowledge of investment advisory models, including the current regulatory landscape;
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and competitive landscape;
  • Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects;
  • Strong teamwork capabilities;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Customer-centric approach;
  • Ability to create clear presentations and documentation;
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for training others.
