Job Title: Financial Advisory Solution Expert

The Financial Advisory Solution Expert will play a key role in analyzing and anticipating the financial advisors' needs, refining processes, and leading the implementation of identified solutions within ING's Agile model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in complex projects, including cross-country ones, related to the development of investment advisory channels (direct and physical) involving multiple stakeholders, including IT, Sales, Finance, and Risks.
  • Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
  • Design CRM solutions that align with business objectives and channel requirements.
  • Lead the implementation phase with suppliers, ensuring that the solution meets specifications, and it is delivered on time.
  • Track the performance of implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices to continually enhance the CRM strategy and distribution models.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively utilize the system.
  • Collaborate with the investment advisory team to manage running activities and issues that could arise over time.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in finance/Economics or related fields.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing projects related to investment channels distribution.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM solutions are a plus.
Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in similar roles (+3 years)
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes and investment-related activities.
  • Strong Knowledge of investment distribution models including current regulatory framework is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate user needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing suppliers during the implementation phase.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to produce clear presentations and documents.
