We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Bormioli Pharma. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT Infrastructure Team in improving, monitoring, and maintaining our Company IT System.
Main Responsibilities- Provide technical support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration, and problem resolution related to hardware and software systems.
- Support backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to maintain a good level of performance.
- Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, etc.).
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Interest and passion for the IT field.
- Good knowledge of LAN Infrastructure and Active Directory.
- Good analytic skills.
- Accuracy, planning, and organization.
- Good relational and communicational skills.
- High school diploma in Information Technology or Degree in Information Technology.
This is a 6-month internship opportunity.
