Job Summary

We are seeking a Rate Loading Manager to implement negotiated rates for our corporate customers in Italy. The ideal candidate will manage the rate loading process, support customers, and ensure outstanding service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage rate loading process for corporate customers with individual hotels and hotel chains.
  • Support customers and ensure outstanding service quality in answering rate loading related requests.
  • Prepare regular reporting to corporate customers, showing the success ratio and remaining issues.
  • Investigate and support non-bookability situations and identify specific issues to escalate to responsible stakeholders.
  • Built and maintain a fruitful relationship with HRS internal stakeholders and travel managers of HRS corporate customers.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration or Tourism Management.
  • Bindingness, self-responsible work, customer and result orientation, and good communicative skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to manage hotel and customer expectations.
  • High level of flexibility and good organization.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
