About Our Mission

Zuru Tech is on a mission to revolutionize the construction industry by digitalizing the building process worldwide. Our team of innovators is developing the first BIM software that enables users to design and build their dream homes with unprecedented ease and precision.

Our Goal

We aim to make architectural design and direct manufacturing of houses accessible to everyone through an exceptional architectural design software that offers unparalleled graphic visualization and usability. Our Zuru Home application is currently being developed, and we are seeking a skilled Product Owner and Computational Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize the product backlog, write user stories, and participate in scrum events to establish product priorities and the product roadmap.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the programming and design teams.
  • Work closely with the CTO and CDO to define the roadmap, organize milestones, and user stories for the structural features of the Zuru Home application.
  • Contribute significantly to software development, focused specifically on the Milan BIM Structures group.
  • Collaborate with the UX and C++ teams to build prototypes using Grasshopper and delegate tasks for effective feature execution.
  • Participate in the design of hardware features, including creating prototypes and working closely with product designers across New Zealand and Los Angeles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with 3D design software (Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCad, Rhino).
  • Demonstrable experience with Computational Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with prefabricated systems.
