About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner and Computational Designer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap, organizing milestones, and user stories for the structural features of our ZURU Home application. You will work closely with our CTO and CDO to ensure the successful development of our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize the product backlog, write user stories, and participate in scrum events to establish product priorities and the product roadmap.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the programming and design teams.
  • Contribute significantly to software development, focused specifically on the Milan BIM Structures group.
  • Collaborate with UX and C++ teams to build prototypes using Grasshopper and delegate tasks for effective feature execution.
  • Participate in the design of hardware features, including creating prototypes and working closely with product designers.
  • Take part in designing the core structural components of our products, including connections, materials, and structuring of walls, waffle slabs, and other components.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with 3D design software (Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCad, Rhino).
  • Demonstrable experience with Computational Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with prefabricated systems.

  • Should be able to translate complex concepts into clear, transparent, and actionable tasks using thriving presentation skills.
  • Should be able to reduce complexity, keep things simple, and work out how to win the battle before entering the arena.
  • Should be able to cooperate with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of product development plans.
  • Should be able to handle chaotic scenarios with ambition and resilience.
