About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner and Computational Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, organizing milestones, and writing user stories for the structural features of our ZURU Home application. You will work closely with our CTO and CDO to ensure that our product meets the needs of our users and stays ahead of the competition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D design software, computational design, and prefabricated systems. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to inspire progress and foster a productive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Organize the product backlog and write user stories
- Participate in scrum events and regular meetings
- Provide constructive feedback to the programming and design teams
- Serve as a Computational Designer with a focus on system learning and processing
- Collaborate with the UX and C++ teams to build prototypes and delegate tasks
- Participate in the design of hardware features and create prototypes
- Contribute to software development, focused on the Milan BIM Structures group

We also offer a flexible work schedule, with core hours from 10:00 to 12:00 pm and the rest of the day up to you. Additionally, we provide paid relocation in Modena for three months, an international environment, and a gym in our Modena office. Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with 3D design software, demonstrable experience with computational design, and at least 3 years of experience working with prefabricated systems. Ideal backgrounds include product designers for mass-produced, prefabricated systems, architects, or engineers who have worked on residential, infrastructure, or facades design. Any experience in a product design discipline that includes some element of the manufacture of the product will be considered an advantage.
