About the RoleWe're seeking a visionary leader who can manage our claims handling operations across the entire group. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving innovation and excellence in the insurtech sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead efforts to continuously improve claims handling processes at a Group level, including planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-country projects.
- Monitor and analyze data from digital channels to identify areas for improvement in the claims handling process.
- Regularly review and update the digital claims process to incorporate user feedback and technological advancements.
- Leverage new technologies and innovative solutions to ensure claims handling efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and implement a strategy for incorporating AI and machine learning into digital claims processing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital claims handling.
- Research and apply user experience practices in claims handling.
- Ensure that the digital claims process is user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the digital product team to enhance the functionality and user experience of the claims process in our mobile app.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and implementing new ideas and approaches to improve claims handling.
- Higher education in Business Administration, Insurance, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims management.
- Experience leading tech-driven cross-functional projects.
- Preferably, experience in mobile app projects.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
