We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to drive the growth of our Sustainability Product Portfolio in Italy and other key markets across Western Europe.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, building meaningful customer relationships, and delivering innovative, customer-centric sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand TÜV SÜD's Sustainability services in Italy and across Western Europe.
  • Drive business development by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, and building strong long-term relationships.
  • Take full commercial responsibility for our sustainability offerings, overseeing project management for key accounts.
  • Provide market insights to help drive the development of our global sustainability product portfolio.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including government bodies, research institutes, and industry partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry, preferably with exposure to sustainability.
  • Proven success in surpassing sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a collaborative, innovative approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
