**About the Role**


As a Product Marketing Specialist at ABB, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s product marketing strategy for assigned areas to meet business objectives and align with global product strategy.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Implement product marketing strategies in assigned areas to meet business objectives and align with global product strategy.
  • Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales teams.
  • Drive sales efficiency through delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Salesperson.
  • Closely coordinate with the Sales team to drive sales and services of respective products.
  • Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
  • Develop business plans focused on business development for defined markets.

**Requirements**



  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry segments like Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, and Data Centers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Italian.
  • Availability to travel in the Italian Territory for more than 20,000 km/year.
