About the Role

The Receptionist is a key role in the success of our aparto Student Housing. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to students and potential guests
• Managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Assisting with viewings of the show flat and providing information to potential students
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
• Coordinating events and activities on site
• Updating social media accounts and ensuring accurate information is available to students
• Working closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in hospitality or student housing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of issues affecting students and ability to provide support and guidance
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good sales skills and ability to promote our aparto Student Housing
