Overview


The ideal candidate for this Receptionist role at Hines will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at our aparto Student Housing in Milan. As a key representative of the Hines team, you will be the first point of contact for students and potential guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay.


Responsibilities


As a Receptionist, your duties will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service to students and guests
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
  • Assisting with viewings of the show flat and providing information about the local area
  • Liaising with the Hines team to confirm bookings and viewings
  • Updating social media channels with daily updates and promotions
  • Organizing events and activities on site during the academic year

Qualifications


We are looking for a candidate with:



  • Previous experience in hospitality or student housing in Italy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of issues affecting students and ability to provide support and guidance
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using social media
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
