About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Education Manager to join our team at Hologic, Inc. in the EU South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused education programs that meet evolving market and clinician needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs that drive the adoption of advanced hysteroscopy in outpatient settings
  • Obtain clinical insight to drive Hologic's Hysteroscopy portfolio adoption
  • Organize educational activities for regional events and congresses
  • Drive and manage medical and clinical study initiatives in close collaboration with Medical Affairs
  • Oversee program logistics, data reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Integrate new technologies for innovative learning experiences
  • Strategize third-party educational collaborations
  • Complete annual needs assessments in partnership with Scientific Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to identify Hologic's needs to engage HCP Consultants in a compliant manner
  • Cultivate relationships with key healthcare providers
  • Handle education grants and manage the medical education budget
Requirements
  • Understanding of the surgical marketplace and knowledge of hospital environment (OR/Ambulatory) and preferably outpatient setting
  • Experience in medical education and project management
  • Knowledge of compliance guidelines within the Medical Device sector
  • Data analysis and budgeting skills
  • Exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills
  • Proactive mindset with excellent communication
  • Proficient in English, French, and Italian both verbally and written
  • Flexibility for frequent travel
