About the Job

As an Industry Market Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion for Gruppo SIAD, a leading chemical group in Italy. You will be responsible for understanding market dynamics, trends, and customer needs, and translating these insights into effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with Gruppo SIAD's overall strategy, taking into account specific geographical or divisional needs.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Group to select target market segments and position the company's products and services effectively.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including corporate communications, advertising agencies, and global SIAD Engineering subsidiaries.
  • Develop and manage sales tools and marketing collateral to facilitate the selling effort.
  • Manage the efficient allocation of funds assigned to the market, including selecting activities, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs.
  • Generate reports to communicate the developments of marketing initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a technical industry.
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Availability for travel (20/25% of the time).
  • Innovative spirit paired with analytical thinking skills.
  • Team player who can also work independently when necessary.
